Once again, it's the calories not the weight.

Hershey's Special Dark.. it's the best. I get bags of those Spaecial Dark Nuggets that have Almonds in them... so healthy, in moderation.

mmmm mmm good... did you try new coconut m&ms those are yummy tastes t

the REAL answer is very simple.
A box of chocolates WEIGHS one pound. If you eat it all at one sitting, then weigh yourself, all you will have gained is the one pound of weight of the chocolates themselves.

HOWEVER,,the Calorie count of each piece of chocolate is far greater than its own physical weight.

The Calories, if not burned off, are what will cause you to gain weight over and above how much the chocolate itself weighed.

If 5 pieces had a combined weight of 3 ounces, and you ate them all at once, you would have " gained" 3 ounces.

Those same 5 pieces had a combined CALORIE count of 3500, and you ate them and didnt exercise or move,,,over the next day or so you would have GAINED 1 pound of body weight from those unused 3500 caloires.

physical weight of a food and its calories count ARE NOT the same thing.

Thank you!

Arizona, my dear.  I know science says chocolate is a substitute for sex---but that's sheer balogney.

Chocolate--for me, dark chocolate/for you,  I think you said, the white stuff--is a satisfaction unto itself.  You can be getting all the sex you need and then some and you still need chocolate.  Chocolate is at the top of the food pyramid.  One must have a daily dose of it to remain happy no matter how happy your sex life is.  In fact, you can combine chocolate with sex and get the best high of your life.  Try Hershey's Dark Chocolate Syrup [or some of the white chocolate melted somehow] .... on your loved one's loins....

Good Lord, it will take you 3 days to come down from that high!!!!!!!

God invented wine....He gave "man" the power to "invent" chocolate so we would know HE loves us enough to let us revel in our own inventions....

Oh, yummy....!!!!!!!!!!

i love chocolate milk, dark, white, with or without nuts all kinds ..........have to run to the store now i have a craving...

Chocolate is a substitute for sex....something to do with the endorphins it realeases when you consume it, a lot of technical information...........and the pleasure centre in the brain, .....It's all I really need to know, so I work out a lot....LOL!

And if the guys don't say anything about chocolate....could it be they are just gettin' some.....LOL!

Yes, a ONE - POUND box of chocolate does add 5 pounds..........but it's that 15th  one-pound box that does it.

Kind of like ONE DRINK got me drunk.........the 15th one.    :):):)
And did you know that no guy eats dark chocolate?  Only women.   I've seen a hundred profiles where a woman mentions dark chocolate.   Have you ladies ever seen a  guy mention it?
